Is the puckering something that can be ironed? Is it discolored?

It’s not discolored. The puckering is just something that happens when the fibers get stretched a certain way. It’s somewhat common for it to happen in that area with jeans that have stretch. It can’t be ironed or anything, it’s not as noticeable when worn.
