Is this warm? What’s the inside like? Is it waterproof? Aad it cared for properly? Any stains, rips or imperfections of any kind?

It’s an old suit probably from the 90’s but it’s in good shape. I purchased it off of Poshmark earlier this winter but it’s too small for me. I am 5”8 and the sleeves/torso were too short. I would say that it runs a bit small by today’s sizing standards.
