New With Tags Size 6 This beautiful dress by SALONI has gorgeous watercolor floral pattern. The mini dress has a flirty tiered ruffle skirt. The gathered bodice has a sweeping ruffle underneath it. The lovely dress has a hidden back zipper closure. The fabric is made from 100% silk. This is new with tags so it still has the removable black security ribbon that needs to be cut by owner so it cannot be returned to store. This can be seen in the closeup picture of the back.
