Vintage Y2K Industrie B deadstock black colorful floral pencil skirt with embroidery & sequins. Original sample tags are attached - this skirt was part of a Fall 2003 collection based on the tag. There are no material or care labels, however the fabric feels like a silk/silk blend and I would recommend dry cleaning due to the embroidery, sequins, and saturated color. Marked size Small.

@libbymcguire877 No stretch! Check waist & hip measurements - depending on where you want the waist of the skirt to hit then this might fit a 4/6! If you have a similarly shaped skirt or dress, I recommend comparing the measurements to that.
