These are new, never been used, but have a issue. The bag might have been folded off-kilter, there might be a crease across the bag, it might be a crinkled, the fabric handle may have a faded strip on it or similar minor cosmetic issue. In all cases, the bags are not ripped or torn and are completely usable. All come from the stores in this condition.
