hsal006@obiwan13 Yep, I’m pretty sure it is. It feels, like it. I believe, it is finished with some sort of patent technique. It’s vintage and belonged to my mom before I “borrowed it.” It’s super structured and with metal detailing reinforcing the frame. It doesn’t crack or crease, but the gentleman that cleans my bags used leather cleaner on it (patent leather). I share this because that’s the best description of the look and feel, but it’s a subtle effect rather than most patent leather.
