Elizabeth J maxi dress. Beautiful blue and white summery pattern. “Bib” ruffle along the neckline and shoulders on front and back. Can be worn off the shoulder. Fully lined. 55” shoulder to hemline. 15” waist, 16 1/2” pit to pit. This dress is NWT; however my niece tried it on and her spray tan stained the lining a bit (see final photo). The exterior of the dress is fine. Originally $158, from Nordstrom.
