This elegant formal navy blue gown is perfect weddings or formal occasions. It’s sophisticated yet subtly sexy with its curve skimming design. Short sleeves not cap sleeves which was hard to find. Gorgeous blue that is more of a sapphire blue than navy. Colors in photos are actual. The bow is low profile and unexpectedly flattering.
