Vintage Lida Biday Sample Dress

-This is a truly one-of-a-kind dress from Canadian fashion designer Lida Baday. -It is a deep royal blue and is a polyester silk blend -There is boning in the bodice for structure and is pleated on the either side of the skirt to give it nice volume -The gathering on the bust is very flattering and can be worn with or without a bra since there's a lot of natural lift in the cut of the dress -It has a slight barrel shape to it, coming in a bit at the bottom vs an A-line -it is about 13.5" across when flat at the waist. I can squeeze into it as a 28" waist but it would be more comfortable for a smaller waist -It has been dry cleaned
