Can the scuffs be wiped off on the foot or are those permanent?

@averydumask I just buffed some of the scuffs on the heel off- a lot of the scuffs on the side are from the sole of the boot hitting the other shoe. I know tecova does sell leather kit that is good for moisturizing the leather. I have just never used anything more than warm water to clean them because they are pure leather
