1940's - 1950's VINTAGE. Wrangler Jeans extremely rare (!!!) vintage button-up shirt with cream base and burgundy plaid. Small distressed cowgirl motifs across. Original metal Wrangler Jeans buttons. Western casual look.
100% cotton. Size L Men’s (important to note L was much smaller back then, would say it fits more like a M/L)
In great condition, a few discoloration marks that are not noticeable to the naked eye.
A WPL number on a Wrangler garment stands for Wool Products Labeling and indicates that the item was manufactured between 1941 and 1959. It is a registration number issued by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to U.S. manufacturers, importers, or distributors to identify who was responsible for the product. If a Wrangler garment has a WPL number, it typically signifies it is "true vintage" (40s-50s) rather than later 1960s-1990s, which usually feature RN numbers.
