The fabric is 65% polyester and 35% cotton. PTP is approximately 19.5 inches, the waist is approximately 17.5 inches, and the length is approximately 55 inches. Made in Hawaii. This dress is so flattering on! It fits me well and I'm a size 10 36DD. So cute for resortwear, vacation, and summer.
