This Navajo Native American ring is a beautiful piece of handcrafted sterling silver jewelry by artist Robinson Martinez. The ring features an oval-shaped, pale pink conch shell cabochon, which is often used in Native American jewelry and can symbolize the ocean, love, harmony, and protection. The large stone is set in a jaw-tooth bezel surrounded by a twisted rope wire design, a style typical of traditional silversmithing. The setting is further accented with a cluster of silver spheres, sometimes referred to as "drops" or "starshot" designs, at both the top and bottom of the stone. The band is a split shank, polished sterling silver design.
This is a gorgeous size 6 Ring with incredible hand crafted sterling work. It measures .77”L x .41”W x .21”D. The band width measures a 2 mm and it weighs 3.2 grams.
I obtained this ring directly from the source in New Mexico and it is absolutely authentic. I do not see any identifying marked directly in the ring, an oversight of the artist.
