This is a Stewart cotton tartan plaid sleeveless popover top with ruffles around the neckline. By J crew in a size 2. Black red blue, green, yellow, and white. There is a button at the top of the neckline to create a keyhole or you can leave unbuttoned. Extra button on side seam. Cotton. Machine wash. Excellent condition with no known flaws.
