nancysolvin Good afternoon Jillian! I just received the men’s Hunter boots. I appreciate u you our quick shipping! Sadly the boots are miss-marked. They are at least a size 12 pr 12.5; way too high for my husband. Is there any way you would take them back in exchange for something else in your closet of similar price - I pay for shipping on both the return and new item?? Thank you for your consideration.

illianjay @nancysolvin oh no!! What a bummer!! I would be more than happy to do that. I will warn you that the boots were expensive to ship. I believe they were about 6.5 lbs in that box. I’m not sure if that changes your decision at all. What do you have your eye on in my closet that might work? Thank you!!

illianjay @nancysolvin I’m also not at all sure how we would go about this. I’d like to wait to have them back in my hands before shipping out the new product. I’m still pretty new to posh so have not had anything like this occur… Thank you!

nancysolvin @illianjay Thanks for your consideration. I’m really new to Poshmark too! I don’t have a re-sell site. Anyway. I understand your wanting to have them back before you do anything. It’s a crazy world! I’ll send them Monday morning and send you a receipt for the shipping so you can keep your eye out for them. I don’t really know what the “10” mark on the bottom of the boot is all about but it’s not size. I looked up euro size 44 and it says it translates to size 13/13.5 US. ☹️

illianjay @nancysolvin hmmm… where did you see that? I looked and it does line up with what I’m reading so I’m quite confused. That said - I’ve been thinking. I want to make sure we go through Poshmark as I want to make sure I follow their terms of service. Can you please communicate with them regarding the issue? Thanks!!
