The top has two sections. The first layer is a open, weave fabric with smicking around the back of the neck. The top layer is printed gauze fabric with long rope ties and tassels at the ends. The empire waist has stretchy smocking in the back. The skirt has three ruffled tears, and is lined with a cotton like gauze fabric. The dress can be maxi or midi, depending on your height. I noticed one small flaw under the left arm on the first tier of the skirt. The stitching on the hem of the first tier is coming undone. Fits a small or small medium. Made in India, 100% rayon.
