PTP is 16β with stretch to 17.5β and as for the waist I honestly donβt think I can get an accurate one because itβs a true wrap dressβ¦the is no button to hold the one side that I can go on. I checked it on myself and Iβm a 28β waist and it wraps but with a slit in the front so I would say XS but probably better for a smallβ¦hope this helps β€οΈπ₯°
