Side zip closure with decorative drawstring.
Very Good vintage condition. Outside of skirt is in excellent condition. On the inside near the zipper, 2 small holes were made to retrofit the skirt with elastic. The elastic has been removed (it was shot), and the holes have been stitched closed. Not noticeable from front of skirt/ when worn. See photos.
