Notes: Halter style formal dress with a deep neckline and fully pleated bodice. The jeweled waist detail catches light really well. Flowy chiffon skirt with a soft drape when worn. Has a low open back which did not fully zip on my mannequin so I provided a picture of the back fully zipped.
