The width of the outside of shoe is around 5 7/8 inch width, see images for details. Personally the shoe ran slightly small to me. I am usually a size 8 in other brands and this felt like the same size of my foot. I would recommend this to a person who is a 7.5 with narrow feet. Minimal wear, great condition, with packaging.
