both cropped, elastic waist, front tie and pockets. JCrew is size 8P in sage color, and MaxStudio is size 8 in khaki/green. Please see photo that waist on both are same, and the 8P is about an inch shorter in length. Good condition, no stains or tears. Great for Spring and Summer.
