100% authentic Tiffany & co. Vintage 925 Sterling silver medium keyhole heart lock necklace in excellent preloved condition. Pendant measures approx 22mm wide, necklace measures approx 18in long, includes original box but no pouch. If I have an extra pouch available at time of sale I will include it but can’t guarantee it. *pls note*: the original chain did not come with the heart pendant, so I purchased a high quality italian 925 Sterling silver cable chain (stamped) to place it on that measures approx 18 in (see last photo). In excellent preloved condition. Chain is brand new and pendant shows no notable wear - no damage, no discoloration, etc. it has also been recently polished & has a beautiful mirror shine not captured by the photos.
