They date it about 2008, I believe it is earlier as I wore this in college and graduated a few years be for that. I always called this my Buffy the Vampire Slayer skirt as it reminded me of something Buffy or Willow would of worn in college. I always wore it backwards because I liked the bright red side better. Skirt is 100% polyester, Lining is 100% cotton. Has always been washed on cold and line dried.
