Anthropologie Maeve basque-waist midi skirt featuring pleated and functional button-front detailed design. Very sailor. Size 10. Has very subtle belt loops, so could be worn with or without a belt. Brand new, I removed the tags but never wore it. More of a dark navy than it appears in these pictures. 100% polyester canvas-like material. Super cute, could be worn minimalist or preppy.
