Styles by Steps Halter Maxi

Halter style maxi dress is a beautiful watercolor print accented by black satin neckline and empire waist. Fully lined, this dress has 2 buttons at the neck and a side zip. 2 side belt loops are present, but I do not have the belt. I’m thinking cut them, black satin ribbon or a studded leather belt would all work. Lining does has some discoloration but it can’t be seen when worn. Fit is an Xl 12 ish. Euro size 38.
