This pre-owned Cat & Jack girls' dress in size XL (14/16) features a blue base with multi-color vertical stripes in red, orange, yellow, and white. The dress has wide shoulder straps and a smocked bodice with horizontal yellow and white stitching. It is made from a shell of 60% cotton and 40% rayon, with a 100% cotton yoke lining. The hem is adorned with a yellow pom-pom trim. Measurements show a chest width of approximately 15 inches and a total length of about 47 inches. The garment is made in India.
