calistastyles Oh ok. lol for the life of me I couldn’t figure out what you were asking. My phone “autoincorrects” my typing all the time. I will have to look the shoes. sorry not home right now. I think they have like a rubber or some type of synthetic or thin rubber layer or “ topple” glued on to the sole but I will have to look at the shoes again closely to see what is under the protective layer. I should be back later late afternoon to for you. I’m glad you were not offended. I was not trying to be rude

calistastyles @aspenannie ❤️. Try typing in another language other than what your phone is set up for — that really gets interesting 🤣. I will check out the shoes when I get home. Hopefully I will be able to tell what the actual soles are made of. :)

calistastyles @aspenannie So I looked at the shoes and I am not sure what the soles are made of — the heels are wrapped in patent leather so I can’t see what’s underneath them ( there is a rubber topy sole covering on the soles and I can’t see underneath them . The platform part is wicker but not sure what is underneath. I can take additional photos if you like and I will look up the shoe to see if I can find any additional information

calistastyles No nicks in the heel that I can see but let me take some more pics for you. I did notice a tiny bit of evidence of rubs on the bottom of the wicker base ( not visible when worn) sbd I thought it was from moving them around in my closet but when I zoom in on the photo really tight I can see it was there before)

calistastyles @aspenannie I added closeups of the wicker & the soles. the shoes are at least 20 years old not been worn much but they have been around ;) The only sign of wear I can see is in the wicker it is only visible on close inspection — not visible when worn. I took a closeup of the soles so you can see that there is no heel drag.I do see a nick on the sole towards where v indentation meets at the front of the heel topy it is not major & does not extend close to the leatherwrapped heel

calistastyles @aspenannie My friend ( who I got them from wears a 9. depending on the brand ( Italian shoes tend to run a little more narrow & smaller so I’m not sure if she sized up for a better fit (she bought them in Europe) but I can measure the insoles with a tape if that helps. I’m not sure if Poshmark put in the US conversion or if I used a table but depending on what conversion table you use sometimes they vary a bit which is why I put 39.5 in the title ( which is what is imprinted on the shoe)

calistastyles @aspenannie they fit me but idk if that helps because depending on the shoe I wear anywhere from a 8.5 to a 9 so that isn’t very helpful, sorry

calistastyles @aspenannie Usually a 9.5 is too big on me ( except boots I always size up so I can wear boot socks) also w/ Dankso — for some reason either the conversion is off on them or they run small not sure) let me know if you decide you would like additional measurements or pics — I don’t mind. I people to be happy with their purchase.
