Is this size 6.5 in US? What’s the condition? Does it come with box ? Is this gentle used?

It’s EU sizing and is a size 37 which is equivalent to 6.5, I usually where a 6 or 6.5 but found these a little big but with thick socks they work. I don’t have a box but I would say 8/10 condition
