This is a really cool Free People top that could be a worn as a dress or over leggings. I think it would be so cute with tights and kind of gogo boot style. It’s very oversized. The under arm to under arm goes as wide as 35 inches across the front and the front length is 30 in the back length is 34. It has a Flouch shoulder so it fits pretty much everybody type.
