@mdabs998 Hello! Yes, ok so the waist is about 14 inches when laying flat, but can stretch all the way to 22 inches. And then pit-to-pit laying flat is about 17 inches, but that can also stretch to roughly 22 inches! Plus, the top can be unbuttoned so you could always wear a cute cami underneath with a few buttons undone if need be. Hope that helps!
