ahostilo@saloseadori shes a little wrinkly from storage but i’ll wash and iron before i send it out of course. also i forgot i sewed the bow on (it’s elastic so it shouldn’t affect the fit) but i can take it off if you’d like to use your own 🥰🌸✨

7008u@ahostilo hey girl, I just tried buying and the transaction went through on my card, but for some reason it isn’t showing up as bought? do you see it on ur end?

Jun 14Reply

ahostilo@7008u hey lovely! i don’t see anything on my end sales wise-let me look into why this could be happening bc i feel like this has happened to me as a buyer a while back too

Jun 14Reply

ahostilo@7008u did it take the money out of your account and did you get any emails about the charge (from posh or your bank)? it could be your card flagged it or a typo on the billing possibly?

Jun 14Reply

7008u@ahostilo yes, the money was taken out my account, but no emails about the charges/order confirmation unfortunately :( i bought via p@ypal on my card if that helps!

Jun 15Reply

ahostilo@7008u it’s ok we can figure this out! under your purchases tab on posh does it show the top as purchased?

Jun 15Reply

7008u@ahostilo thank you so much for your patience :’) it doesn’t show up as purchased in my account tab, nor does it show up as a purchase on my p@ypal which is really odd

Jun 15Reply

7008u@ahostilo ill try to dispute with my bank tomorrow, so sorry for the inconvenience 🥲💕 i don’t want to rebuy before i get refunded in case of a double charge, but i’m still for sure buying this though. i think the money might take a few business days to return, but as soon as it gets back into my account ill let u know asap and buy!! thank u so so much again for your patience, and if u could hold this item until the end of this week id appreciate it a lot <3

Jun 15Reply
