Hi, is the back open at all? Is there a tie at the back of neck or a button? It’s hard to tell in the picture. Also, what is the bust measurement?

@susanstyle I added Lulus size chart and a better pic of the back. Sorry I couldn’t get another pic of the actual dress right now. Most of my items are stored at my cousins for now. We are finishing our basement and even though everything is in totes I didn’t want to take the chance of items getting dusty. I do know the back is meant to be made into a bow. I hope this helps
