There is marker written on the inner tag, please see the close up photo of it. There is a very small loop of extra fabric sticking out from the shoulder. There is no hole or any loosening of the stitching around it. The inner and outer placket and the collar have boning going through them to give structure. It becomes misshapen pretty easily, but it's easy to reshape. There is a zipper and button closure. There's also a drawstring inside to cinch the waist. All measurements are taken with the drawstring pulled loose. It's pretty Oversized for a medium. Please keep that in mind and review all the measurement photos above.
