Very cool vintage skirt by Ralph Lauren Collection, from the early 2000s. Size 6- please see pictures for measurements as vintage sizing is usually smaller than modern day. Still in good condition with some wear: overall wrinkling, some indents on the waistband, small tear on the side hem of the lining as shown.
