What size is it? 38 1/2 or 37 1/2? And which US size do you usually wear

I’m so sorry!! It’s 38 1/2. I find Prada runs a bit smaller that US size. I wear a solid US 7. My daughter is a size 8. Would it help if either one put them on to show example?
