The term "Vera Gomma" is Italian for "genuine rubber," and is often used by Italian shoe manufacturers to indicate a rubber sole or high-quality leather construction. These shoes are branded Donna Charlé, made in Italy. Soles are rubber with the Goodyear logo. They look vintage, but have modern construction and very little wear.
