Authentic, preowned, vintage Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche black moire maxi skirt, likely made for the Ballet Russes aka Russian collection in the late 70s. Made from a taffeta fabric (no content label), it fastens with hook/eye closures and a zip at the wearer's left hip, and features a slash pocket at each hip. Fully-lined, this skirt is voluminous and can be styled so many ways! NOTE: that we're showing this skirt with a vintage YSL black satin tank and red velvet jacket (see photos 3, 8 and 11 -14), these pieces are NOT included with this sale (being sold separately) but shown for styling inspo. Made in France. Dry clean only. No content label. Tagged size 42. Approximate measurements, taken flat and doubled where appropriate: waist - 27in, hips - 43in, length - 41in. Preowned/vintage with some signs of prior use and wear: some of the hook/eye fasteners need reinforcement; skirt would benefit from a professional dry clean and press.
