This is a re-popped item. I wore it a handful of times last year, and wanted to pass it on to others who would love it.
Below is the original seller’s description:
A super sweet printed top for summertime from the GOAT, Dusen Dusen. Purchased secondhand and wore once to a wedding, but sadly just too small for me. A couple small signs of wear shown in the second and third photos. No care tags, but likely rayon. This top has a great shape and weight to it, with a slightly a-line hem. Labeled a size small, which I think is pretty true.

Straps measure 15" long
