CHANEL Vintage Jersey Square Quilt Shoulder Tote Black

Excellent pre-loved condition for vintage Chanel bag! Chanel square quilt (some call it chocolate bar) black jersey fabric shoulder bag with chain and leather straps. This is the larger size of this style. Exterior zip closure. Interior is one large compartment with one zippered pocket. The zippers function properly. Seven digit serial number beginning with 6, production year 2000-2002. The bag is semi-structured as the underside of the fabric is lined with interfacing to give to bag structure. Exterior fabric is in great condition with NO HOLES OR PULLS (a common issue with vintage Chanel jersey pieces), or stains detected. The upper corners of the bag have a tendency to dimple inward. It’s not really a flaw or very noticeable when carrying since the bag is black, but I felt it should be disclosed. The black chains have some light color loss between the links from friction. The bottom base leather has some subtle discoloration/water staining visible at certain lighting angles, but no significant scratches or scuffs (see photos). PLEASE NOTE: One of the feet on the base lost its Chanel rubber cover/cap and it was replaced with a generic black cap (see photos) to restore function and uniform appearance.
