Long sleeve and sleeve are full length. Little keyhole in the back at the top. Form fitting. Bought second hand and in good condition, only noticeable flaw is a small hole at the bottom of the front (pictured) and a small discoloration spot above the hold (pictured) but both are small and not super noticeable. Best fit for a size small.
