This gathered and fluttery blouse combines mellowed-gemtone florals with 70's style points for a bohemian flair that is just one ruffle short of Maximalism. The contrast-floral yolk merges into a layered flutter sleeve, and the gathered waist opens into a ruffled peplum. Stitched pleats fill in design details at the collar and yolk. To put it more simply... It's pretty darn cute. Let Me Be S. Pit-to-pit is 18". 55/45 Cotton/Viscose Excellent condition. No known flaws.

peroxyIt does! (Had to pull it out to check whether it was elastic or shirring.) The elastic is fully encased/integrated in the fabric. & While I'm checking... It's about 13.5" flat, with enough stretch for at least a 30" waist.
