Vintage Y2K Sue Wong black silk dress with felted floral appliques and embroidery. It features a ruffled hem, spaghetti straps and an empire waist. About knee length. Style: whimsigoth, evening, party Condition: Good vintage. Has a few faint dusty looking spots on the ruffle. The straps have been reinforced by hand and one is twisted in the back. Not sure if it was reattached twisted. Has a few snags on the skirt. Hanger straps have been removed. See photos.
