This is the Anthropologie Maeve Belted Gingham Blue White Check Asymmetrical Dress in size medium. I've worn it a lot over the years, but it's still in good shape. The only flaws are some slight discoloration around the arm holes in a few spots (the last photo was my attempt to show the discoloration, and you can see it hardly shows up - I think a few sprays with oxiclean will probably fix it). It has a built-in (non-removable) belt, and two side pockets. It's fully lined. 80% cotton, 20% linen. The tag says hand wash, but I've always washed it on the gentle cycle of my washing machine and air dried it, and it's been fine. From a smoke-free, fragrance-free, dog-friendly home.
