I bought this brand new at Francesca's and I've only worn it twice! In excellent condition, no pets, no smoking home. Note that the bodice is smocked so it has quite a bit of stretch. Measurements are in pics.
Flowy tiered maxi with a smocked bodice. Puff sleeves and square neckline. Subtle floral print throughout. Lightweight and easy to wear.
