mira0507Hi, and yes indeed- this dress is a true show stopper!!! It is made of: shell- 100% rayon and lining- 100% viscose. mira0507It has a zipper on the left side of the waist and it doesn’t have any stretch there, so 19 inches will be the limit. 🤗
