Vintage 80s Cowgirl Custom Made Blouse

I purchased this top at a 80s antique store in Georgia. I personally never wore it, but feel it deserves a home where some one can wear it in style. Its brown, tan, & light blue flower print, with rhinestones throughout, and a completely blinged out collar. There is a zipper all the way up the front and shoulder pads. There is no size listed, but I am a M (size 6 dress) and it fits perfect. No material listed as well. except "proudly made in USA". Texture of the fabric is thick. Seems to be a customed Tailor piece.
