peteystreasuresHi! Yes, it’s definitely a flowy dress. It has a ruffled hem, ruffled cuffs, and a slight ruffle at the neckline. The fabric is lightweight and moves really nicely. The fabric isn’t stretchy though. The purple slip that came with it is little too short/tight in my opinion but you can wear one of your own slips with it! Thank you for checking out my listing!
