iconic black silk Y2K-era Marc by Marc Jacobs dress as seen in blue on Marissa Cooper in season 1 of the The OC, also seen on the runway for the spring-summer 2004 collection. Mischa Barton also was seen wearing this dress in 2004 in the black version seen here 100% silk, size 4 racerback detail, above the knee (depending on your height, I am 5.6" and this falls above the knee on me) There is amazing and subtle heart detailing around the chest line and front. The skirt is very flow-y and is made from 2 different black silks- one is matte and the other shiny. There is the tiniest amount of slight thinning of the silk in the back, but it's really not that noticeable. Such a flattering dress, and super hard to find! Great for parties, dinners, special occasions, but also very versatile and easy to dress down and wear during the day, or for more casual events. PRICE IS FIRM - NO OFFERS PLEASE.
