gracelmg@mishkaedit unfortunately I am unsure just because the dress is silk and has intricate beading, but I believe that someone skilled could :) I do find this dress fits a bit smaller than a US 14 as it is vintage. I am usually a size US 10 or 12 and it fits similarly to that. I have added measurements to the listing hopefully that helps!
