lotilatiHi! It has more of a structured blazer feel rather than a soft, drapey feel. It is fully lined, so the wool-blend fabric doesn't sit directly against your skin. personally would't describe it as scratchy, but of course texture sensitivity can vary from person to person. Hope that helps!
